Drogba knew Chelsea was going to be in the final game

Didier Drogba's two goals led the London side to their first ever Champions League final after the 3-2 win over FC Liverpool, setting up a mouthwatering showdown with Manchester, who Drogba described as the best team in England.

The African star admitted: "Right from the beginning of the season the Champions League was our target. We had some problems this season. It was a difficult time for the club. But the most important thing was to stand up and keep working as we did. The objective didn't change and now we are in the final.

"I know that Manchester United are a fantastic team and are the best in England, but we aren't bad either."

It's important to mention that the first ever all-English final between Mancheser United and Chelsea will take place in Moscow on May 21, 2008
