Real Madrid earned some respect back in Europe after defeating AC Milan

This Real Madrid goes high speed and their huge talent was too much for a disappointing AC Milan team. The game at the Santiago Bernabeu finished 2-0.

Cristiano Ronaldo netted the opener with a nice free-kick shoot that passed between to men in the barrier. The second goal was scored by Özil after an unlicky move of Bonera. And all of this only in the first ten minutes of the game.

AC Milan tried hard to equalize the score but Ronaldinho, Ibrahimovic and Gattuso didn't have a good night. Very few attacks of the Italian team finished with a clear shoot to Casillas' goal.

Now Mourinho's side are leaders of Group G. And the Portuguese coach was elated with the performance of his team: "It's been a fantastic game. I hope that our supporters had just the same feeling" Mourinho expressed.
